Pinner residents and commuters are advised to plan ahead as three roads in the area are set to undergo roadworks starting tomorrow, 1st of June.
The roadworks are expected to last for four days and are likely to cause delays for motorists and pedestrians.
The first location affected is Bridge Street, Pinner. The roadworks are scheduled to take place from the 1st of June until the 5th of June. Motorists travelling through Bridge Street should anticipate delays during this period.
Simultaneously, roadworks will also be taking place on Cuckoo Hill, and Marsh Road, two other prominent roads in Pinner. The works for Cuckoo Hill are planned to start on the 2nd of June and continue until the 5th of June and Marsh Road will start tomorrow.
Similar to the situation on Bridge Street, to facilitate traffic management, multi-way signals will be installed at the site. These signals will regulate the flow of vehicles from different directions, ensuring safety and efficiency. Harrow Council are responsible for these roadworks as well, and the planning for these works is at an advanced stage.
Residents and commuters are urged to allow for extra time when travelling through these areas during the roadworks period. Alternative routes should also be considered to avoid congestion and minimise delays.
