Vehicle fire causes road closure in South Harrow

Northolt Road in South Harrow was blocked in both directions last night (9 June) after a vehicle caught fire.

The incident happened outside South Harrow Station shortly before midnight and the incident was over around 45 minutes later.

Bus routes along Northolt Road affected included the 114, 140,  258, 395, 398, 487, and X140.

Vehicle fire causes road closure in South Harrow Harrow Online

A London Fire Brigade spokesperson said in a statement: “Firefighters tackled a vehicle fire on Northolt Road in South Harrow. The Brigade’s 999 Control Officers received 13 calls about the fire. The Brigade was called at 2358 (June 9) and the fire was under control by 0015. A crew from Northolt Fire Station attended the scene.”
