Harrow, Pinner, and Rickmansworth residents are advised to brace themselves for potential traffic congestion and delays as roadworks are set to commence on Rickmansworth Road this Thursday.
The maintenance work, which is part of Affinity Water’s ongoing efforts to improve its service, is expected to last from June 15th to June 19th.
During this period, traffic management will be implemented in the form of two-way signals to regulate traffic flow. While Affinity Water aims to minimise disruption to road users, delays are anticipated, particularly during rush hour.
The scheduled maintenance encompasses a range of essential tasks, including stop tap replacements, meter fits, leak detection, and fixes, among others.
Affected commuters in Harrow and Rickmansworth are encouraged to plan their journeys ahead of time, allowing for extra travel time.
