UC Franchising Ltd has recently submitted an application to the Harrow Council, seeking approval to open a new fine dessert and ice cream shop in the heart of Harrow.
The proposed location for this establishment is the former Bonmarche store, conveniently situated next to Nationwide on Station Road, Harrow Town Centre and just a little further down from Nat West Bank.
Proposed plans posted on the Harrow Council website show a booth seating area and a coffee bar with the premises.
The London-based company aims to bring a diverse menu of sweet treats to the local community. The consultation period for this application is set to end on June 29.
