Harrow residents and commuters are advised to brace themselves for four days of roadworks on Bessborough Road, one of the busiest in the area.
The scheduled maintenance, aimed at enhancing services, is anticipated to cause delays for motorists traveling through the affected area, Harrow Town Centre and heading into South Harrow.
The roadworks will be in operation from tomorrow, June 19 to June 23, during which time traffic management measures will be implemented.
Traffic control will be facilitated by the deployment of two-way signals, ensuring the safe flow of vehicles through the work zone.
Various tasks will be carried out by Affinity Water, including stop tap replacements, meter fits, leak detection, and fixes, among others.
Motorists should plan their journeys accordingly, allowing for additional travel time and considering alternative routes if possible as delays are likely, especially around peak times.
