Two fire engines rushed to Wealdstone this afternoon after a shipping container caught fire next to Byron Park.
Local residents reported smoke coming from the area (Christchurch Road) and contacted Harrow Online to find out more information.
A spokesperson for London Fire Brigade said: “A shipping container was alight on Christchurch Road. We were called at 1616 and the fire was out by 1653. Two fire engines attended.”
It is the second fire in the location within the month after a disused bus depot went up in flames three weeks ago.
