A man in his 20s was taken into custody this afternoon by the Metropolitan Police on suspicion of murder following a fatal stabbing that occurred earlier today in North Harrow.
The Metropolitan Police responded swiftly to reports of a man being stabbed on Pinner Road, North Harrow, around 6:25am this morning (Saturday, July 8.)
Despite the combined efforts of the emergency services, the victim, believed to be in his 40s, tragically succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
This afternoon, armed police units were observed near the Pinner Road Bus Garage, located in close proximity to where the stabbing took place.
While the exact location of the suspect’s arrest has not been confirmed, their apprehension signifies a significant development in the ongoing investigation.
