FOURTH fire in a month in Harrow as firefighters rush to the scene

In a troubling turn of events, yet another fire has broken out on Christchurch Ave, adjacent to the Harrow Leisure Centre car park.

This marks the fourth fire incident in the span of just one month, raising serious concerns among the local residents.

The London Fire Brigade (LFB) swiftly responded to the emergency, dispatching 25 firefighters with four fire engines to the scene to contain the blaze and prevent further damage.

A spokesperson for London Fire Brigade said: “Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters tackled a fire on Peel Road in Wealdstone.

“An area of refuse and two single-storey portable cabins were destroyed by fire. There were no reports of any injuries.

“The Brigade was called at 1257 and the fire was under control by 1401. Fire crews from Stanmore, Harrow, Mill Hill and Northolt fire stations attended the scene.

“The cause of the fire is under investigation.”
