A police chase through Harrow this evening resulted in a vehicle hitting numerous cars before finally stopping as the driver was arrested.
A member of Harrow Online sent footage of the chase which shows a car mounting the curb and driving at speed along the pavement in Carmelite Road, Harrow Weald.

Another member shared footage of a police helicopter hovering above Wealdstone at around 7pm.
A spokesperson for Met Police said: “At about 18:55hrs on Friday, 28 July, officers on patrol in Harrow signalled for a vehicle to stop in the Cecil Road area.
“The vehicle failed to stop and a pursuit was authorised with the support of the National Police Air Service.
“The suspect vehicle collided with a number of other cars.
“The driver has been arrested.
“There were no reported injuries.”
