Greenhill Way was blocked off by police for nearly an hour this morning (31 July) after a collision involving a bus and a van.
The incident affected the 182 bus route which was diverted whilst emergency services were at the scene at around 8:30am. The road was reopened at around 9:30am.
London Ambulance Service confirmed that two people were taken to hospital after the collision.
At the time of the incident, Harrow Council shared via their socials: “Please be aware that Greenhill Way is currently closed due to a road traffic accident. Emergency services are on the scene.”
A spokesperson for Met Police said in a statement: “We were called at 08:23hrs on Monday, 31 July to reports of a collision involving a van and a bus in St Ann’s Road, Harrow. There were no injuries and no arrests.”
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called today (31 July) at 8:42am to reports of a road traffic collision between a van and a bus on Greenhill Way, Harrow.
“We sent an ambulance crew to the scene.
“We treated two people at the scene before taking them to hospital.”
