There are a number of emergency service vehicles in Wealdstone High Street outside the Asda supermarket.
At least two police cars, a van and an ambulance were at the scene. Police have confirmed that a fight broke out between two males.
Members of the public can be seen crowding outside the supermarket.

A spokesperson for Met Police said: “At around 10:20hrs officers were called to reports of two males fighting in Wealdstone.
“Officers attended the scene alongside the London Ambulance Service (LAS), and police have detained a man.
”There are reported injuries, which are being assessed.
“Enquiries are ongoing.
