Roxeth Ward in South Harrow is grappling with a recent uptick in thefts of Disabled Blue Badges from parked cars.
A South Harrow PCSO sounded the alarm on OWL, revealing that badges were stolen from both openly displayed vehicles and glove compartments.
Police urge residents not to leave their blue badges in cars when not in use, as they’ve become attractive targets for thieves.
In another report, a burglary occurred on August 8th around 2:00pm on Northolt Road, mirroring a recent incident the previous weekend.
Valuable jewellery was once again stolen according to the note on OWL. Police are investigating both incidents and urge anyone with information to come forward.
Community members are reminded to stay vigilant, secure their belongings, and report any suspicious activity.
