A man has been rushed to hospital after falling from height in Harrow this morning.
London Ambulance Service confirmed that the man was taken to hospital as a priority after they attended the scene at Harrow Park this morning after being called at 8:42am. An air ambulance landed in a neighbouring field to attend to the man. High Road, Harrow on the Hill was closed off temporarily during the incident.
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 8.42am today (17 August) to reports of a person fallen from height at Harrow Park, Harrow.
“We sent a number of resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, medics in two fast response cars and an incident response officer. We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance Service.
“Our first medics arrived in less than two minutes.
“We treated a man at the scene for a head and arm injury before taking him to hospital as a priority.”

A spokesperson for Met Police told Harrow Online: “At around 08:48hr officers were called to an incident where a person had fallen from height in Harrow park, Harrow.
“Officers were on the scene as well as the London Ambulance Service.
“The man who had fallen, has not suffered any life changing or life threatening injuries.”
