Police officers from Harrow on The Hill Safer Neighbourhood Team and Greenhill Safer Neighbourhood Team joined forces last night (Friday 18 Aug) to conduct a proactive operation against drug-related activities.
The operation, outside Harrow on the Hill Station, saw officers from partner agencies such as the Met’s Safer Transport Team and a Police Dog Unit, also working in tandem with the officers.
Alongside their goal of addressing drug concerns, officers distributed informational leaflets on personal safety to the public, with the intention of raising awareness and vigilance among local residents.
Police confirmed via OWL that during the operation, one individual was taken into custody for drunken disorder offences.
