A stretch of road in near Wealdstone in Harrow has been cordoned off by the police, following an incident that is believed to have taken place this morning.
At Nibthwaite Road junction with Station Road, Harrow, police officers are at the front of the road which is being treated as a crime scene.
In footage sent to Harrow Online show a man walking along the middle of the road holding a knife.
Further images sent to Harrow Online appear to show a person sitting on the floor being searched by police.
