There was a large emergency services presence on Honeypot Lane this evening following a stabbing near Queensbury Park.
Members of Harrow Online Group said that they were asked to leave the park after the incident as photos showed a large number of police cars and ambulances at the scene.
One person said: “I was trying to go to Ruth Close, police shut the entrance to the park and asked people to leave.”
Met Police said in a statement: “Police were called at approximately 14:40hrs on Friday, 22 September to reports of a man stabbed in Honeypot Lane, Queensbury.
“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a man, aged in his 20s, suffering a stab injury. He was taken to hospital for treatment; his condition is not life threatening.
“A crime scene remains in place.
“No arrests; enquiries continue.”
