A police cordon has been put in place at Elmgrove Gardens, Harrow following a stabbing at around 11:30am.
Multiple images and reports have come in to Harrow Online showing police at the scene at Elmgrove Gardens and Elmgrove Crescent.
The area is still taped off this evening after a man aged in his 50s was stabbed, he is currently fighting for his life in hospital.
London Ambulance Service confirmed that a man was treated at the scene before being taken to a major trauma centre as a priority patient.
A spokesperson from Met Police told Harrow Online: “Police were called at 11:31hrs on Sunday, 24 September to reports of a stabbing at a residential property in Elm Grove Gardens, Kenton.
“Officers attended along with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.
“A man, aged in his 50s, was taken to hospital with stab wounds. He remains in a life-threatening condition. His family have been informed.
”An investigation is under way and enquiries are ongoing. There have been no arrests.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 11.33am today (24 September) to reports of an incident on Elmgrove Gardens, Harrow.
“We sent an ambulance crew, a medic in a fast response car and an incident response officer to the scene.
“We treated a man at the scene before taking him to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
