A crime scene is in place in Burnt Oak today after reports of a rape in Watling Park in the early hours of this morning (25 September).
A spokesperson for Met Police told Harrow Online: “Detectives are investigating following a report of a rape in Watling Park, Burnt Oak.
“The incident is reported to have taken place at around 02:15hrs on Monday, 25 September.
“The victim is being supported by specialist officers.
“At this stage, no arrests have been made.
“The public should expect to see extra officers on patrol in the area. We would remind people to be aware of their surroundings and to speak to officers with any concerns.
“Anyone with information that could help the investigation should also speak to officers or call us on 101.”
