Weekend spree of thefts from vehicles reported in South Harrow

Over the weekend, South Harrow residents were met with a spree of thefts from vehicles, as three incidents were reported on the ward.

The first incident occurred on Friday, September 22nd, on Kenilworth Ave. A Black Mercedes CE Class was targeted, and thieves made away with a Louis Vuitton bag and wallet containing £150 in cash. There were no signs of forced entry.

The following day, Saturday, September 23rd, another incident took place on Windsor Crescent. A Grey Mercedes C Class fell victim to the thieves, although it remains unclear what items were stolen as of now.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing a black male exiting the vehicle and walking away. If you have any information related to this incident, please reach out to the police at 101, quoting crime reference number 2014247/23.

The last incident on the same day took place in the underground carpark at Bridge Court, where a Honda Jazz suffered a rear window smashed and a thorough search of the vehicle was conducted. However, the stolen items in this case were food items.
