A cyclist has been rushed to hospital after a collision in Wembley.
East Lane, HA9, has been closed off by police since around 6pm. Bus routes 483 and 245 are on diversion.
A spokesperson for Met Police said, “Police were called at 17:00hrs to a collision involving a car and cyclist in East Lane, Wembley.
“The cyclist has been taken to hospital; we await a condition assessment.
“There have been no arrests. Road closures are in place.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 5.03pm yesterday (5 October) to reports of a road traffic collision involving a cyclist on East Lane, Wembley.
“We sent an ambulance crew to the scene and treated a patient for a head injury before taking them to hospital as a priority.”
Update: The cyclist is not in a life-threatening condition and has been discharged from hospital.
