Police officers and London Ambulance Service rushed to Harrow Town Centre this afternoon to attend and incident outside a hotel on Station Road.
Metropolitan Police officers were seen at the junction of Greenhill Way and Station Road in Harrow Town Centre, where they appeared to be engaged in an altercation with a male individual. London Ambulance Service was also present at the scene.
Harrow Online have approached Met Police and London Ambulance Service to get further information.
