Two unrelated incidents took place in Colindale, leading to two men being stabbed and another individual getting injured on the weekend.
These incidents, which are not thought to be connected, raised public concerns on social media about a police cordon set up at Aerodrome Road in Colindale on Sunday (8 October).
A spokesperson for Met Police told Harrow Online: “Police are investigating a possible assault on Aerodrome Road at about 17:20hrs on Sunday 8 October, after members of the public reported seeing an injured man.
“A crime scene was put in place. No arrests were made. Enquiries are ongoing including gathering CCTV footage.
“Police are also investigating after two men reported at hospital with stab wounds, neither are life threatening.
“The matters are not being treated as linked as this time, but this remains under review.”
