Police close road in Wealdstone for three hours due to medical ‘incident’

A road in Wealdstone, Harrow was closed off for over three hours yesterday after a medical incident in the morning.

A police cordon was spotted by members of Harrow Online on Gordon Road, Wealdstone just next to Asda shortly after 7am yesterday morning, Sunday 15th October.

Police confirmed that the incident was medical-related and no crime had taken place.

A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 6.43am on Sunday 15 October to reports of an incident at the junction of Gordon Road and Wolseley Road, HA3.

“We sent a number of resources to the scene including two ambulance crews, a clinical team manager, a medic in a response car and an incident response officer.

“We treated a woman at the scene before taking her to hospital.”
