Harrow dentistry business, Complete Smiles, has opened its second practice in the borough, creating ten new jobs in the process.
The expansion was made possible through a multi-million-pound funding package from HSBC UK, which allowed the company to refinance previous short-term financing and establish a sustainable repayment plan.
The funding has enabled the launch of a new 2,500 sq. ft site, accepting new patients for general practice and its implant centre. With over 100% growth in turnover, Complete Smiles plans to open three more practices in Harrogate, West Sussex, and Kent in 2024, aiming for a 232% increase in turnover by 2025 and anticipating further job opportunities.

Complete Smiles opened its first dental practice in Harrow Town Centre in October 2020. Along with its newly opened second practice, the company offers a range of dentistry treatments as well as implant services. They offer a unique twist with options to put on your favourite Netflix show or request the specific scent you want in the room during your visit!.
In October 2023, Asokan and Dr Malavi launched ’The Smiles Trust Foundation‘ partnering with local charities and their own dentists to bring essential dental care to the Harrow area on a pro bono basis.
