According to information posted on the OWL website, three offences have occurred in Harrow where two male suspects approached victims, seeking directions to solicitors.
Subsequently, the suspects requested victims to enter their vehicle, leading to the theft of cash and personal items.
“In two instances, victims were driven to their home addresses, followed by their banks, and then asked to exit the car,” warns PCSO Shabz Razzaq.
The public is cautioned to exercise vigilance when interacting with unknown individuals, and if suspicion arises, to promptly leave the location.
“If anyone persists for you to enter a vehicle, please make noise by shouting and ask for help,” advises PCSO Shabz Razzaq.
Residents are urged to report any suspicious activity promptly by calling 999. Stay safe and remain vigilant in public spaces.
