Planning application submitted for new flats in South Harrow

A planning application has been submitted to Harrow Council, proposing the demolition of existing buildings at 143 Eastcote Lane, Harrow, HA2 8RW.

The application outlines the demolition of current structures to make way for a new detached building. The proposed development aims to provide 18 residential units, comprising 6 one-bedroom apartments, 10 two-bedroom apartments, and 2 three-bedroom apartments.

The structure is designed to be three storeys in height, offering self-contained flats (use class C3). Additionally, the development includes provisions for parking, landscaping, bin storage, and cycle stores.

The planning application involves K & R Estates Ltd as the applicant, represented by their agent Max Plotnek from MJP Planning Limited. The proposed development falls within the Roxeth ward and is currently under the scrutiny of Officer Akshay Sisodia. As of now, the application holds the status of “Pending Consideration” since its submission in October.

Harrow Council will assess the proposal before reaching a decision by 9 Jan 2024.
