Man stabbed near Harrow Bus Station, police launch investigation

An investigation has been launched following a stabbing in Harrow this evening.

A member of Harrow Online reported seeing four ambulances and three police cars near Harrow Bus Station tonight shortly after 9:30pm.

A gang of youths reportedly attacked a man in his 20s with a ‘machete’ outside the College Road entrance of St Anns Shopping Centre (opposite Harrow on the Hill station), before fleeing the scene.

The stabbing follows another incident of a similar nature at Harrow Bus Station just days ago, leaving a 14-year-old boy hospitalised.

A spokesperson for Met Police said in a statement, “Police were called at 21:05hrs on Friday, 24 November to College Road to reports of a stabbing.

“Officers responded with LAS.

“A man, aged in his early 20s, was found and taken to hospital; we await an assessment of his condition.

“At this early stage there have been no arrests. A crime scene is in place.”

If you have information or material that could help police, call 101 or post @MetCC re CAD 7370/24 Nov.

Update: The victims condition has been assessed as non-life threatening.
