Atria Watford has announced several new store openings in anticipation of the festive period.
ProCook, the UK’s leading direct-to-consumer kitchenware brand, has recently opened its 1,900 sq ft store on the lower mall of the Watford shopping centre. Securing a 10-year lease, the new outlet presents a comprehensive selection of kitchenware, tableware, and small kitchen electricals.
Adding to the lineup, F. Hinds, a popular jeweller, is set to join the lower mall in early December. The 2,200 sq ft unit, leased for a decade, will showcase an extensive assortment of quality diamond, gold, and silver jewellery, along with watches featuring popular designer brands.
October also witnessed the introduction of two new retailers at atria Watford – Rituals, a beauty and wellbeing brand, and Footasylum, specialising in leading footwear, sportswear, and streetwear brands.
The retail and leisure destination already houses a myriad of brands, ranging from small independents to well-known names like NEXT, Mango, Uniqlo, and Hollister. With these recent additions, atria Watford solidifies its status as one of the premier shopping destinations for locals – including Harrow residents.
Andy Kerr, Retail Director at ProCook, comments: “I’m pleased to announce that our latest opening coincides with a big milestone for ProCook as our 60th store. We can’t wait to bring the exceptional shopping experience we’ve become known for to atria Watford.
“We firmly believe in the value of physical retail stores and expanding our store portfolio plays a key role in our plans to strengthen our brand awareness in the UK. As we approach the Christmas season, our team is ready to welcome everyone from the local area who loves cooking and entertaining at home.”
Steve Gray, Head of European Retail Asset Management at Global Mutual, comments: “We are delighted to welcome these exciting new additions to atria Watford. The centre has seen strong leasing activity in recent months and ProCook and F.Hinds will further diversify our tenant mix – offering great gift options as we approach Christmas.
“We’re expecting a busy festive season and can’t wait for our visitors to explore the new stores.”
