The clock is ticking for residents to voice their opinions on the Enhancing Harrow Town Centre consultation, with the deadline set for December 10th. Harrow Council recently reminded the community through their social media channels that time is running out for locals to provide input on the proposed £8.2 million plans for various key areas.
In the post, the council stated, “People have plenty to say about our Enhancing Harrow Town Centre consultation.” The specific focus areas include Greenhill Way, Kymberley Road, Clarendon Road, College Road, Pinner Road, and the Greenhill Way pedestrian underpasses, along with Station Road.
Residents are encouraged to make their voices heard through an online survey available here. One resident, already engaged in the consultation, shared their perspective, saying, “As a wheelchair user, it would be safer for me if the pavements along Greenhill Way were wider. And, if done tastefully, public art such as murals would really brighten up the area.”
The consultation seeks to gather diverse opinions and ideas from the community to inform the development plans for these key Harrow locations. The input received will play a crucial role in shaping the final proposals aimed at enhancing the town center. As the December 10th deadline approaches, Harrow residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to contribute to the future of their town.
