Police to hold community event in Harrow Town Centre

The Greenhill Safer Neighbourhoods Team, in collaboration with the Harrow Safer Neighbourhood Board, is hosting a community event tomorrow (December 20) starting at 10:30am at St Ann’s Shopping Centre.

Supported by Harrow BID and the St Ann’s Shopping Centre Management, the event aims to enhance community safety through proactive crime prevention measures.

Visitors to the event will find an informational stall inside the shopping centre near the entrance from St Ann’s Road. The team will be on hand to offer crime prevention advice to shoppers, distributing informative leaflets covering various crime prevention topics.

Members of the public that come along will have the opportunity to receive safety items designed to protect their valuables, including purse bells, credit card defenders, personal alarms, and more.

The event is particularly special this month as two new Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) colleagues have recently joined the team. These dedicated officers are eager to engage with the community and will be present at the event to meet and interact with shoppers and locals in Harrow Town Centre.
