Kingsbury incident: Man stabbed in the head, others injured

Three men were taken to hospital after a ‘large fight’ in Kingsbury on Boxing Day.

Kingsbury Road was closed off for three hours yesterday, 26 December, after a fight shortly after 6pm. Police are still at the scene this evening.

The road was closed between Kingsbury Circle and Kingsbury Station due to an ‘emergency services incident’ with the 183, 204, 324 and SL10 bus routes temporarily diverted.

A spokesperson for Met Police said, “Police were called at 18:27hrs on Tuesday, 26 December to reports of a fight outside Kingsbury Underground Station.

“Officers attended along with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.

“A man in his 30s was found with a stab injury to his head. Another two men in their 30s were found with facial injuries.

“They were both taken to hospital where their injuries were assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.

“Three men, aged 27, 29 and 33, were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. They were later released on bail.”

The investigation continue and enquiries continue. Any witnesses are asked to call 101 quoting CAD 3891/26Dec.
