Suspects break into Pinner property via back window during burglary

A burglary on Harlyn Drive in Pinner between Saturday, January 27th, and Sunday, January 28th. According to local police, the suspects gained access to the property through a rear window.

Local officers are now seeking information from the community in Pinner to aid their investigation. Residents are encouraged to recall if they saw or heard anything suspicious during the time frame. Police are particularly interested in any sightings of individuals or vehicles loitering in the area. Residents with access to CCTV are urged to review their footage for potential clues related to the burglary.

Homeowners are advised to boost their home security following a recent burglary. Planting specific mature or semi-mature shrubs along garden walls and fences such as climbing roses or berberis can act as a powerful deterrent against burglars.

This advice, posted on the OWL website, suggests selecting suitable shrubs for added protection, making homes less appealing to potential burglars.
