Planned broadband works to disrupt traffic in Pinner

Residents and commuters in Pinner, Harrow, are set to face disruptions as Openreach embarks on broadband upgrades on two local roads, starting tomorrow, February 19, with the works anticipated to last until March 1.

Eastcote Road and East Towers in Pinner will be the focal points of these upgrades.

On Eastcote Road, traffic control will be implemented through two-way signals, suggesting that while the road will remain open to vehicles, commuters should expect delays and may want to consider alternative routes.

In a more disruptive measure, East Towers will see a complete road closure to facilitate the works. This closure will likely reroute a significant amount of local traffic, potentially affecting surrounding areas.
