Artist space for Second Floor Studios & Arts at Wembley Park more than doubled

Quintain, the developer behind Wembley Park, is expanding its collaboration with Second Floor Studios & Arts, announcing a new lease that will more than double the number of affordable artist workspaces in the area.

The new lease will add 56 studios, accommodating 80 artists, to Wembley Park. This partnership, which began in 2016, has already seen the opening of studios in 2018, providing 6,880 sq. ft. of space.

The latest lease will introduce a further 8,293 sq. ft. of studio space, exceeding planning requirements by 25%. The initiative aims to support local artists, makers, and designers, with over 60% of current occupants hailing from Brent.

We are committed to establish Wembley Park as a place for art and culture and have ensured that affordable space is provided so that local creatives can thrive.”
