Police cordon spotted after incident in Pinner

A man has been taken to hospital after an incident in Pinner this afternoon (25 Feb).

A police cordon was spotted by a member of Harrow Online on Grove Avenue next to Pinner Grove estate. A substantial police presence was also seen by members of the public.

A spokesperson for Met Police told Harrow Online: “Police were called to Grove Avenue, Pinner at about 15:57hrs on Sunday, 25 February following reports of a fight.


“Officers attended and found a male with injuries consistent with an assault. Others involved had left prior to police arrival.

“The victim was taken to hospital where his injuries were assessed as not life threatening.

“A crime scene was put in place. This was removed just before 19:00hrs. At this early stage no arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.”
