Teenager arrested in South Harrow for carrying ‘rambo knife’

A 14-year-old boy was arrested in South Harrow after he was found carrying a Rambo-style knife on Northolt Road.

PCSO Nicholson from the Roxbourne Safer Neighbourhoods Team, which covers South Harrow, was the first on the scene when an off-duty chief inspector saw a male with the large knife.

According to the Harrow MPS Instagram page, “PCSO Nicholson relayed information to control whilst standing from a distance when she spotted the male assessing the risk.

“More units arrived on scene and a heroic act from the off-duty chief inspector ran at the male and detained the male with assistance of ERPT officers.”

The boy was arrested for possession of an offensive weapon and further arrested for handling stolen goods.
