Man has phone stolen outside North Harrow station

A man has had his phone stolen whilst standing outside North Harrow station.

The incident happened on Monday, April 22, first thing in the morning just after 7am.

A spokesperson for Met Police told Harrow Online: “At approximately 07.17am on Monday 22nd April, police were called to Station Road in Harrow following a report of a phone snatch.

“The male victim was walking along the road when the suspect, who was riding a black mountain bike with large style wheels, approached him and snatched his mobile phone from his hand.

“The victim gave chase on foot, but the suspect and another male who was also on a pedal cycle, rode off together towards Elm Drive.

“The suspect was described as a black male, medium build, wearing a dark hooded top. The investigation is ongoing.”
