Pinner Parish Preschool received an ‘outstanding’ rating from Ofsted after their inspection on Tuesday, March 26. According to Locrating, it’s the only nursery/preschool in Pinner with this rating.
Ofsted noted, “Children thrive in this calm environment, which fully embraces a child-centered approach. Each child is truly valued as an individual. The wide range of activities offered to children are planned by staff to include their interests as well as stretch their development. These activities support children to make excellent progress.”

Salimah Panjwani, manger at Pinner Parish Preschool said: “The children’s learning and wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. We work closely with parents to ensure that each child’s learning and care is tailored to their needs.
“Our dedicated team are highly qualified and consistently go above and beyond. To receive ‘outstanding’ from Ofsted is testament to the strong relationship between our staff, the committee, parents and children.”
Melinda Chukwuma, parent and chair of the Pinner Parish Preschool Committee added: “Our aim is to offer high-quality childcare which is affordable. We are a charity which is run by a committee of parents.
“We reinvest everything we make back into the preschool and into our staff so they have the training and resources needed. Getting ‘outstanding’ reflects just how fantastic the preschool is.”
Pinner Parish Pre-School is located in St. John The Baptist Church Hall on Church Lane in Pinner, HA5 3AA. It is open 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday during term time.
