Residents of Rayners Lane in Harrow are currently facing water supply disruptions due to a burst water main.
According to a statement from Affinity Water on their website, the issue was identified early this morning and has led to a temporary loss of water supply in the area.
Affinity Water has dispatched a repair crew to the site to address the damage and is working diligently to restore service. While the company has not provided a specific timeline for when the repairs will be completed, they have promised to issue an update by 09:35am today.
In the meantime, Affinity Water advises locals to minimise their use of water-intensive household appliances, such as washing machines and dishwashers, to conserve the remaining water supply.
They also suggest storing some water for drinking purposes should the supply need to be cut off completely to facilitate the repair work.
Updates on the situation will be provided as more information becomes available. Residents are urged to stay informed via the Affinity Water website.
