Harrow property prices fall as borough outpaces UK decline

Property prices in Harrow have fallen by 1.1% over the past year, according to Zoopla’s April 2024 House Price Index. This decline has reduced the average price of a home in the borough by £5,600, bringing the typical property value to £505,900.

The annual performance in Harrow is notably worse than the UK average, which saw a slight decrease of 0.1% since April 2023. Despite the recent dip, Harrow’s property prices remain significantly higher than the UK average of £264,300.

While the past month has seen no change in property prices in Harrow, the long-term trend shows a different story. Over the last five years, the average property value in the borough has grown by 11.3%.
