Three cars have been stolen in Stanmore in recent incidents reported to the police.
The vehicles targeted include a Lexus on Ladycroft Walk, a Ford Transit on Lamorna Grove, and a Mitsubishi Outlander on Honeypot Lane – all within the Stanmore area.
PCSO Claire Orr posted the news via OWL and advised residents with keyless entry vehicles to keep their fobs in a Faraday pouch or a metal tin, away from doors and windows. For added security, consider using a steering or gear lock.
