A ‘well-known’ to police local man from Pinner has been found guilty of harassment and has received a series of penalties following his arrest by the Pinner South Safer Neighbourhood Team.
This update was shared on the Harrow Police social media channels.
The individual was charged under section 4 of the Public Order Act for using threatening, abusive, or insulting words and behaviour intended to cause harassment, alarm, or distress.
Following his conviction, the court has imposed a curfew monitored electronically, a £100 compensation fine to be paid to the victim, and a restraining order lasting two years.
This case is highlighted as a significant victory for the Pinner South Safer Neighbourhood Team in their ongoing efforts to tackle harassment and ensure community safety.
