The London Borough of Harrow, in collaboration with Wates, has released updated proposals for the redevelopment of the land to the east of the Harrow Leisure Centre car park, a site formerly used as a driving school.
The plan aims to transform the 1.7-hectare site into a community featuring up to 149 high-quality homes, including affordable housing, and active, inclusive open spaces.
Harrow Council is inviting the public to review and comment on these updated proposals. Residents can view the detailed plans and provide feedback online until 31st July by visiting the website.
There will also be an in-person consultation event on Thursday, 25th July, from 3pm to 7:30pm at the Harrow Leisure Centre, Christchurch Avenue, HA3 5BD, where community members can discuss the masterplan, housing designs, and open space features with the project team.
Public participation is encouraged to ensure the development meets community needs and expectations.
