Enjoying London in the summer sunshine is always an enriching experience – and being able to do so from your very own roof terrace makes it even better.
For residents of Quintain Living, the management company overseeing the rental of more than 3,390 apartments in Wembley Park, the sky’s the limit. Their range of roof terrace amenities and events make summer under the open sky a unique pleasure.
Quintain Living manages eight developments in Wembley Park, each with its own character and social space. The roof terraces, podium gardens, and other outdoor areas offer residents an exciting array of options for enjoying the London sunshine. From the iconic Wembley Stadium arch to the City skyline and the greenery of Surrey, the views have been described as “stunning”.

Rooftop resident events at Quintain Living have included sessions courtesy of fitness and wellbeing partner Antidote. Activities range from rooftop HIIT classes with uplifting beats and post-workout food and mocktails, to high-energy rooftop boxing workouts. The lush greenery of Alameda’s spacious roof terrace has hosted events like electro music meditation and yoga, Pilates and postural analysis sessions, and Yin Yoga classes.
This summer, residents can look forward to a variety of rooftop events. Alameda’s roof terrace hosts Monday Movie Night each week, complete with a giant outdoor screen. Rooftop HIIT classes, yoga, and boot camps are also on the agenda. Quintain Living will be arranging BBQs and outdoor ‘sip and paint’ picnic events as well.
Residents have also enjoyed the proximity to Wembley Stadium. Many partied on the terraces to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in June and are anticipating more singalongs during her five concerts in August.

Quintain Living’s roof terraces offer a wealth of amenities. The Robinson boasts the longest sun lounger in London, a juice bar, and a seven-metre slide. Other rooftops feature hot tubs, work-from-home campervan offices, and picnic areas. Madison’s rooftop, perfect for major sporting events or concerts, has a giant screen and multiple BBQ areas named after Mad Men characters.
Danielle Bayless, Chief Operating Officer at Quintain Living, said, “London is a wonderful city to enjoy in the summer. We are delighted to provide such a wealth of rooftop amenities for our residents to enjoy, along with spectacular views that stretch from the London skyline to the greenery of Surrey.”
