The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for heavy showers and thunderstorms across parts of England and Wales, including Harrow, on Thursday, August 1st.
These weather conditions are expected to develop in the afternoon and may lead to some disruption.
The exact locations of the showers remain uncertain, with some areas potentially staying dry. However, areas that experience showers could face torrential downpours accompanied by lightning, hail, and gusty winds.
The heaviest showers may result in 20-30 mm of rainfall within an hour, and accumulations over a 24-hour period could reach up to 70-90 mm in locations hit by multiple showers.
Residents are advised to stay updated with the latest weather information and to prepare for potential disruptions.
