Harrow Police successfully arrested three individuals, one of whom was wanted for failing to appear in court on a theft-related matter.
The arrest occurred following a routine patrol by officers in the Roxeth and Harrow on the Hill areas.
According to a post on their official social media channels, an officer spotted the group of three taking shelter from the rain near South Harrow Station. Upon noticing a marked police car, the individuals attempted to flee, but officers quickly cut them off in a nearby alleyway, leading to the arrest.
A subsequent search of one of the suspects revealed a carrier bag containing multiple wigs, suggesting an attempt to mask their identity.
