In the past few weeks, the Belmont an Stanmore areas in Harrow have seen three residential burglaries, as reported by Harrow MPS via the OWL website.
The first incident took place on Monday, 9th September at Braithwaite Gardens at around 9:44pm.
The second occurred on Friday, 20th September at Savernake Court at approximately 2:34pm.
The third burglary happened on Saturday, 21st September at Wolverton Road, between 4pm and 10pm
All of these burglaries involved suspects gaining access through the rear of the properties. On each occasion, an untidy search was conducted, and jewellery was reported stolen.
Police are urging residents to remain vigilant and to avoid touching anything if they suspect a bogus caller or distraction burglary, as it may contain evidence.
Anyone with information is encouraged to report it online at the Met Police website or call 101 for non-emergency.
