Danube Properties, a major player in the UAE real estate market and a subsidiary of the Danube Group, opened its first UK office in Harrow on 27th September.
The office, located at 11-15 St Anns Road in Harrow Town Centre, includes a fully furnished show apartment, allowing potential buyers to visualize the kind of luxury apartments available in Dubai.
The launch event, attended by media representatives and influencers, marks a significant step in Danube’s international expansion, connecting Dubai’s real estate market with UK investors. A day before the office opening, Danube held its first broker event in London, featuring over 300 brokers and actress Mehwish Hayat, to showcase their diverse property portfolio, including developments like Fashionz and Diamondz.
Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, spearheaded the London office launch. With 75 offices globally, Danube Properties aims to bring its 1% payment plan to the UK market, allowing buyers to pay just 1% per month over 80 months.

Harrow Online attended the office opening and experienced the prototype apartment built within the branch. Visitors also had the opportunity to explore Danube’s Dubai properties using a Meta Quest 3 VR headset, giving them a virtual walkthrough of the luxury developments. Danube’s projects boast over 40 amenities, such as gyms and pools, with a “pin to piano” approach that leaves no detail overlooked.
The new office will serve as a hub for UK operations, providing property consultations, sales support, and customer service for existing and potential clients. Rizwan Sajan explained that most of their client base is from Harrow, making it an ideal location for their first UK branch.
