Last week, PCSO David Neal of the West Harrow ward hosted another session of the Cuppa with a Copper event, in partnership with the Conversation Café. This monthly event typically sees around 100 visitors throughout the session.
The latest event brought together several community partners, including the NHS Practice Plus Group, Harrow Housing Team, and Adult Social Care, among others, to provide support and information to local residents.

Speaking to Harrow Online, PCSO Neal stressed the importance of these events for the community, giving residents a chance to discuss concerns, receive crime prevention advice, and learn how to report crime effectively.
“I had a really good conversation with Cranstoun and it was nice to be able to explain the various things that we do at our local level in regards to VAWG,” PCSO Neal said.
The next events are scheduled at St Peter’s Church, Sumner Road, West Harrow, on:
- Tuesday, 12th November 2024, from 11 am
- Tuesday, 3rd December 2024, from 11 am

PCSO Neal thanked Allie and the team at Conversation Café for organising the event and encouraged residents to attend, enjoy a cup of coffee and cake, and engage with local services.
