Lower High Street, Watford, was cleared at 0334hrs on 16th October after being blocked for over four hours following an emergency services incident near New Road.
The road was closed from 2352hrs on 15th October. Bus routes 142 and 258 were affected during this time.
A spokesperson for East of England Ambulance Service said, “One ambulance was sent to Watford High Street last night following reports of a man with a medical emergency.
“One man was transported to Watford General Hospital for further assessment and care.”
